The Capital Works Levy (CWL) is applied to the eldest student in the family at a Diocesan Catholic School. Families with a daughter At MacKillop College will be charged the CWL by MacKillop for the whole family.

In each of the first three terms an account is issued to each family. This account details money due to the school. This account can be paid via direct debit, BPAY or eftpos at the school office. All over the counter fee payments will be receipted. If appropriate, parents may pay their fees weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Regular part
payments show a commitment to your financial obligation at the school. We encourage regular part payments as it may assist families with the home budget. Direct electronic deposits can also be arranged through the Catholic Development Fund, enquire at the school office for forms. Once set up this is an effective way to cover fee accounts with a set fortnightly payment.
As our school is a non-government school, parents are urged to make every effort to meet their financial commitment.
The Bursary is offered by system schools of the Diocese of Bathurst to provide financial support to eligible families to reduce the cost of school fees, school uniforms, Diocesan Building Levy and other school costs in order to help them access Catholic education, but finance is a restricting factor. It is primarily aimed at families who are new to the school and who would not consider enrolment in the Catholic system due to the presumed costs of fees, uniforms, and other costs. It is also available, in addition to the current concession process, to families who are considering leaving the school because of cost. The application for a bursary provides these families with a positive method of seeking financial support. It is provided as a partial or whole discount for the school-based fees identified above.
Please note that 2022 is the year of creation for the bursary. The above information is required for all bursary applications.
